SMALL TO MEDIUM BUSINESS OF THE YEAR – Recognises the achievements of companies in any industry – public or private sector with less than US$10m turnover .The Award will go to the organisation that can best demonstrate all-round excellence in business. The award will focus on financial performance and future objectives, the competitive advantage of the business, and will focus on examples of specific strategies that have driven business growth.
LARGE BUSINESS OF THE YEAR - Recognises the achievements of companies in any industry – public or private sector with over US$10m turnover. CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE AWARD – SMALL TO MEDIUM – Awarded to organisations with less than 500 employees that can best demonstrate that it truly has the customer at the heart of its business and deploys and manages its resources to continuously improve its performance standards to ensure it most effectively meets the needs of its customer.
CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE AWARD – LARGE – Awarded to organisations with greater than 500 employees that can best demonstrate that it truly has the customer at the heart of its business and deploys and manages its resources to continuously improve its performance standards to ensure it most effectively meets the needs of its customer.
CONTACT CENTRE OF THE YEAR – Given to the overall best Contact Center that can demonstrate a focus on staff at all levels, a commitment to the customer and ensure that the performance and objectives of the contact centre are in line with the organization’s goals.
EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR AWARD - Employers recognised in this award have demonstrated how the design and implementation of its Human Resources policy has created a stimulating and supportive workplace, with a well motivated, well-trained, ambitious, innovative and tenacious workforce. Judges will look for evidence of how employees are engaged in strategic goals and company values and how human and supporting resources have been optimised to achieve and sustain commercial and competitive success. Along with examples of how the organisation has invested in professional development and employee well being.
EXCELLENCE IN TOURISM & HOSPITALITY - From hoteliers to tourist attractions, this award recognises the exceptional achievement of businesses involved in any aspect of the tourism & hospitality industry, who can demonstrate outstanding performance and whose level of professionalism make them ideal as a role model and spokes-person for the tourism and hospitality profession.
CARIBBEAN ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR - Entrepreneurs are visionaries who are instrumental in the success of a business.
